At Arko Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all uninstalled and original-packaged flooring materials. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address for your specific product.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely strapped to a pallet to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Arrange for a freight carrier of your choice to transport the materials back to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the shipping documentation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
